21 Day Yoga Challenge: Day 2

Day 2 proved to be much more difficult than day 1. I never made it to my meditation yesterday, but tonight I am determined to do so (as soon as Singing Bee is done…)

I believe today I managed TWO vegetarian meals. I had my typical cereal for breakfast, and I had cheese ravioli for lunch (no cheese is vegan right?) I feel less like a cop out today on that note. I almost made it a full vegetarian day, but I had cheesy noodles and tuna for dinner. 

Todays yoga routine was significantly more difficult than yesterdays. The recommend using a block for balance (which I didn’t have), which made some of these one leg poses very difficult. My balance is just not wonderful. However, there was one pose that required making a funny face and a funny noise, which was quite hilarious. I can definitely say I enjoyed that part of the routine. Let’s hope there is more of that in the future…
